Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carefully package all products to help ensure that they are not damaged during the delivery process. We cannot be liable for any damage that occurs during delivery. If the product appears damaged upon arrival, please contact the relevant delivery service to file a damaged freight claim.
